Registrations cancelled before October 11th, will receive a full refund minus €50 administration costs. From the 11th of October onwards you will receive no refund.
All cancellations should be done in writing; contact us at: reservations@tue.nl. Please note that it is free to transfer your registration to another delegate. Please also send an e-mail to: reservations@tue.nl.
